I didn’t get a packing slip in any of the four orders. I was really surprised. Certainly from Amazon themselves.
The two marketplace sellers were high volume and I expected some professional presentation, but the packaging was sub " occasional seller on eBay who uses supermarket plastic bags " !
I bought a book from Amazon and a DVD. The book had a creased cover and looked suspiciously Like New. The DVD had torn cellophane and the box was broken ! Both just look like they had been carelessly shoved in a brown mailer and roughed about a bit.
I have had a few feedbacks recently about packaging, and now I understand way ! All my items are packaged presentably, always with a prominent packing slip, and a note if relevant.
